Boasting a triple-digit year-over-year increase in revenue and hundreds of clients, performance management firm Reflektive achieved record growth in 2017’s first half.
Founded in 2014 with a vision to modernize performance reviews with concrete feedback, coaching and improvement solutions, Reflektive also managed a 95 percent renewal rate among its clientele, demonstrating its popularity. Additionally, Reflektive scored far higher than the national average in recent customer satisfaction surveys (CSAT and NPS).
