GuideSpark, an employee communication company, has launched GuideSpark Communicate Cloud software that will endeavor to increase employee communication with the right tools, resources and campaigns.
Based on a March 2017 study by IDG, better communication in the workplace leads to higher job satisfaction and greater employee retention, which is what has inspired GuideSpark's new software.
This technology will allow employees to communicate through three aspects: multi-form content, multi-channel, time-based campaigns and analytics, all of which will include videos, downloadable checklists, infographics and much more.
