Neudesic announced at the SHRM 17 Annual Conference & Exhibition that Mizuno USA would be using HRadvocate to help simplify its applicant tracking system and onboarding operations.
HRadvocate's management will give managers, employees, HR professionals and recruiters the ability to complete operations that previously required more complicated processes, such as scheduling interviews or communications between departments.
"Our HCM platform needs to revolve around pre-boarding and onboarding needs. HRadvocate is easy-to-use, and has simplified our processes and brought clarity to our organization," Dharmattie Brush, director of HR and Organizational Development at Mizuno USA, said.
HRadvocate is a Software-as-a-Service system that can be personalized to meet each client's needs and preferences. Some of the modules available include recruiting and onboarding, employee self-service, time and leave management and analytics.
