TriNet an HR services provider, presented its newest generation of technology -- which is aimed at simplifying small and medium-sized businesses' HR processes -- at Society for Human Resources Annual Conference & Exposition in New Orleans.
The TriNet system will remove administrative challenges that can arise from management of multiple systems such as payroll, benefits and more by compiling them into one system. Through a unified platform of service, businesses will have access to payroll processing and data, benefits enrollment and life status changes, hiring, applicant tracking and onboarding, time off tracking time and attendance, immigration and visa tracking and expense management. All of these capabilities will be simplified with the help of an HR team.
"Our new offering enables employees to access their HR information easily, both on the web and on a mobile device," Jimmy Franzone, TriNet's vice president of corporate development, said.
The system also boasts excellent use, thanks to personal dashboards with all the relevant information easily accessible, company announcements that are conveniently usable, department organization charts for simplified comprehension of structure within the company, and integration that automatically takes place, removing the need for double data entries.
The system has been designed specifically to aid HR in a number of organizations, companies and industries, from health care to technology companies.
