Indianapolis-based medical equipment manager TriMedx will be honored in New Orleans on Sept. 11 at the Achievers Annual Customer Experience Conference, alongside other organizations earning a spot on ACE’s 2017 list.

The elite list of Achievers 50 Most Engaged Workplaces in North America is culled annually by a panel of leaders from academia and HR professionals focused on worker involvement, including representatives from the Society for Human Resource Management, HR Technology Conference and HRO Today. Achievers General Manager David Brennan noted that employee engagement is central to cultivating a happy, productive work ambiance.

“The impressive Achievers 50 Most Engaged Workplaces Award winners are using rewards and recognition to foster positive, productive workplaces,” Brennan said. “We’re excited to learn from them and honor their accomplishments.”

Each prospective candidate for the ACE list underwent evaluation for leadership and innovation based on eight criteria: communication, leadership, culture, rewards and recognition, professional and personal growth, accountability and performance, vision and values, and corporate social responsibility.
