Espousing its “Learning Elevated” ethos, California-based management software systems provider Yardi recently launched its latest version of Yardi eLearning to empower users with streamlined capabilities for Human Resources training, including interactive features with other providers.
The newest iteration includes an innovative tweak allowing end users to interface with and access training content provided by other sources in addition to Yardi. That upgrade complements the program’s standard offerings such as real-time automatic data adjustment regarding status changes and Yardi’s basic web-based interactive class content, including live webinar events.
“Yardi eLearning had training plans in the past, but this new ability for plans to self-adjust to an employee’s needs is really exciting,” Becky Sanvictores, Yardi’s vice president for client services, said. “This is a great time for companies to see how a cloud-based learning platform not only benefits employees but also makes HR tasks and training more efficient.”
Yardi eLearning works intuitively with HR software to reduce administrative tasks and enable advanced automation. Individuals can use Yardi’s eLearning from tablets, smart phones or any other Internet-enabled device.
“Clients can streamline employees’ access to instructional content created by third-party sources,” Sanvictores said. “No matter which HR system our clients use, we can help set up the interface with eLearning. There is very little ongoing administrative work once everything is up and running.”
The Santa Barbara-based company serves over 40,000 users with investment and property management applications.
