The State of Illinois is seeking an experienced human resources representative for a full-time position in Sangamon County, primarily supporting recruitment and public relations with interviewing and some travel involved.
The representative will assist with staffing needs, cultivating rapport with resource organizations and interviewing potential candidates. Four years of college or the equivalent, plus one year of HR experience are required, along with familiarity with DHS and Central Management Services functions.
Rutan Interviewer certification is preferred; some travel is required. This job may require a current grade from the CMS Division of Examining and Counseling, in order for candidates to be officially qualified for employment.
