Duties of the full-time position include providing enrollment and benefit support for employees, conducting new hire benefits orientation, coordinating daily benefits processing, assisting with the annual open enrollment process, creating and rolling out employee benefits and 401(k) educational presentations, notifying employees of benefit eligibility changes, updating benefits documents, auditing and coding invoices, generating reports for the benefits department, answering employee benefits inquiries, and ensuring compliance with healthcare/benefits regulations.
Prospective candidates must possess at least one year benefits experience; proficiency in Microsoft Office; strong communication, listening and organizational skills; a strong work ethic; and knowledge of benefit programs.
