Duties of the position include developing client relationships and business partnerships, anticipating business needs, managing projects, resolving HR issues, and ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations.
Prospective candidates must possess a bachelor's degree in HR management or business; at least two years of recent HR generalist experience; proficiency with HRIS and Microsoft Office programs; and strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Applicants should be able to work as a team member, learn new systems quickly and work well under pressure.
Preferred qualifications include PHR/SPHR certification.
