New York-based financial consulting firm Strategic Financial Solutions is looking for a human resources business partner.
Duties of the position include assisting with the development of HR initiatives and programs, implementing HR policies and practices, facilitating leadership development and key talent retention efforts, advising on employee relations and performance management issues, analyzing HR data, and working on special HR projects.
Prospective candidates must possess a bachelor's degree; at least five years of HR generalist experience; proficiency with Microsoft Office; strong communication, analytical thinking, organizational and project management skills; familiarity with online recruiting tools and job sites; the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and rapidly growing environment; and knowledge of state and federal employment laws.
Preferred qualifications include experience with ADP Workforce.
