Duties of the full-time position include implementing HR initiatives, overseeing talent processes, reviewing employee relations issues, monitoring performance improvement plans, ensuring employee pay is market competitive and top performance is rewarded, and participating in team meetings.

Prospective candidates must possess a bachelor's degree in HR management or related field; 10 years HR experience; strong change leadership and project management experience; strong coaching, consulting, decision-making, facilitation, listening and multi-tasking skills; the ability to think like a customer; and knowledge of state and federal employment labor laws.

Preferred qualifications include a master's degree in related field, PHR/SPHR certification, experience with SAP Personnel Management Systems and knowledge of the captive automotive finance industry.
