Intuit Inc. is seeking an employment engagement specialist for the human resources team in Plano, Texas.
The right candidate will be a leader, bold and passionate, ready to partner with the site business leaders, HR team and employee groups. The position includes employee engagement activities, including social and holiday celebrations, diversity and inclusion, volunteer opportunities and other experiences and opportunities intended to engage the Plano employees.
Among the key responsibilities of the position are creating a positive work environment for the world's top talent; fostering connections with the community, which would include volunteer opportunities for employees, and working to support diversity and diversity leaders. The employment engagement specialist will also partner with site business leaders to connect employees to business, product and other strategies and experiences to enhance their experiences and promote Intuit as the employer of choice in the Plano community.
The position requires the ability to communicate effectively, execute plans and manage projects from concept to completion. Event planning skills are essential for success. Multitasking, flexibility and the ability to work both independently and as a team player are also required on the HR team.
The ideal candidate should have a bachelor's degree in HR or a related field or equivalent experience. Some travel may be required.
