Intuit, consistently ranked among best employers by Fortune, has an opening for an experienced team player to act as global HR adviser in its Reno, Nevada office, supporting leadership and staff via collaboration and communication.
Five or more years of HR generalist work, including background with all HR functions — including employee relations, letters of acceptance, payroll, benefits and more — and strong interpersonal skills are required. A bachelor’s degree is preferable; some overtime will be involved periodically.
Technological knowledge and the capacity to work virtually across a global work platform are necessary. The HR adviser will coach colleagues and adopt the company’s goals for consistent improvement while overseeing standard HR issues such as performance, benefits and compensation and workplace accommodations.
The successful candidate will motivate team members to do their best in a collaborative work atmosphere, staying attuned to program opportunities and customer needs; he or she will provide customized attention to employees and stakeholders, utilizing numerous communications and media platforms.
“Imagine a career where your creative inspiration can fuel BIG innovation,” company spokespersons said. “Immerse yourself in our award winning culture while creating breakthrough solutions that simplify the lives of consumers and small businesses and their customers worldwide.”
