Duties of the position include facilitating new hire orientation, administering and tracking leave programs, assisting with performance management, maintaining personnel files, processing terminations, analyzing HR metrics, and providing guidance on HR practices.

Prospective candidates must possess experience with Microsoft Office applications, and HRIS and time and attendance systems, as well as knowledge of multiple HR disciplines, and state and federal employment and benefit laws.

Preferred qualifications include a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, at least five years of HR experience and PHR certification.
