Performant Financial Corp. is seeking an HR partner and programs manager for its Livermore, California office.
This position serves a wide range of needs including developing and managing HR programs and initiatives for business client groups. Successful applicants will have extensive HR experience and the desire to make a valuable and measurable contribution to the company.
The HR partner and programs manager will support client groups by handling all aspects of staffing plans, organization changes, performance management and employee training and coaching. Additionally, the manager will aid business clients with investigations, disciplinary actions, terminations and new HR initiatives. Other areas of consultation include safety and risk management, employee engagement and organizational development.
In addition to a bachelor’s degree, this position requires an individual with the foresight and vision to see the long-range goals of Performant Financial Corp. The manager will use varied experience and education to approach situations with a positive attitude and self-confidence while working in a robust environment.
To be considered for the position, at least eight years of similar experience is necessary including three or more years of managing HR support staff and project managing. As federal and state employment laws relating to employment directly relate to this position, experience with employment law is also necessary.
