Longtime family-owned dealership McRee Ford Inc. of Dickinson, Texas, located between Houston and Galveston, needs a human resources manager who can promote a culture of strong communication and performance recognition.
The HR manager is a key component in the business’ functioning, working with leadership to strive for company achievement and develop strategies for talent acquisition and retention, training opportunities, and compensation and benefits.
This individual will advise management divisions within the company on organizational and personnel matters while providing leadership.
McRee Ford seeks candidates who can clearly support the company’s goals and align with its vision through HR policy and operations. The successful applicant will handle payroll, benefits administration, onboarding and training, policy implementation, regulatory compliance and employee relations.
Duties may include development of new compensation and/or benefit plan systems as well as recruiting and retention programs designed to satisfy the company’s projected goals in human capital.
Applicants must possess a Texas driver’s license and have at least one year of experience working with an automotive dealership; two years of HR information systems (HRIS) work, and three years of HR management background.
