NRT LLC, a division of Realogy based in Madison, New Jersey, seeks a skilled human resources business partner to support recruiting, employee relations and training, organizational development, policy and compensation at the firm’s corporate headquarters.
The business partner is required to have a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field plus at least five years of accumulative HR experience; a graduate degree is highly desirable. This position involves travel approximately 15 percent of the time.
Candidates must be proficient with all HR areas including HRIS systems, possess strong computer skills and have experience in document, spreadsheet and presentation preparation. Experience with Learning Management Systems and Affirmative Action Plans is preferred.
Outstanding interpersonal, communications and analytical skills supported by a proven track record of initiative and project management capacity are all required. The successful candidate will be able to multitask efficiently while staying focused on process.
The HRBP will report to the vice president of human resources and collaborate with leadership in standard HR areas including training program design, process development and company-wide initiatives as needed.
