The nation’s fifth-largest bank, U.S. Bank, seeks a human resources business partner for the Minneapolis-St. Paul area to support units within the company in the areas of strategy, talent management and organization.
The HR business partner will take responsibility for HR analytics and project management as well as talent acquisition, employee relations and compensation; support overall business strategy, serve as a client advocate and cultivate internal relationships to clarify policy and streamline procedures.
Candidates for this full-time position are expected to have a bachelor’s degree or an equivalent work background; plus at least five years of experience in a related HR position. Applicants should exhibit a broad array of skills in all industry practices and basic functions, including proficiency in computer applications such as Microsoft Office programs.
Additionally, prospective HR partners should possess outstanding communications skills; strong problem-solving skills and analytical capacity, and interpersonal aptitude, including the capacity for superior customer service and relationship management skills. In addition, the successful candidate will exhibit the propensity for group facilitation and project management.
