Duties of the full-time position include assisting with management-level recruitment, identifying training needs for employees, providing day-to-day performance management guidance, supporting employee communications initiatives, resolving employee relations issues, providing guidance on HR topics, and analyzing HR metrics.
Prospective candidates must possess a bachelor's degree in business or related area; eight years HR generalist experience; proficiency in Microsoft Office; strong communication, leadership, analytical, people and change management, client service, and problem-solving skills; and knowledge of HRIS-related software.
