Health care technology company Change Healthcare is looking for a human resources partner in Lombard, Illinois.
The person in the position will be responsible for developing and executing HR initiatives, participating in strategic planning, providing day-to-day support to client groups, developing effective talent acquisition strategies, assisting with the talent management process, providing support to accelerate the integration and effectiveness of leadership new hires, encouraging employee engagement, and providing insight on appropriate salary treatment and flexible compensation approaches.
Prospective candidates must possess a bachelor's degree or equivalent; at least five years of progressive HR experience; change management and facilitation experience; proficiency with Microsoft Office; strong communication, presentation and relationship building skills; the ability to handle confidential information; and the ability to travel up to 15 percent of the time.
Preferred qualifications include master's degree, PHR/SPHR certification, coaching experience, and experience with HRIS systems.
