Aflac is seeking a benefit specialist and leader in Medina, Ohio.
Successful applicants will have or be able to get their Accident, Life & Health License. The successful candidate will complete Aflac’s onboarding process and training, which includes time in the classroom and in the field.

During a normal work week, a benefit specialist will be responsible for establishing new relationships with companies and organizations and meeting with business owners to identify their needs and discuss Aflac solutions. Additionally, benefit specialists will schedule employee education meetings and enroll employees in Aflac benefits.
Leadership positions are available within the company within three to six months as long as specialists are meeting company goals. According to Aflac, benefit specialists and leaders can expect to make between $55,000 and $70,000 during their first year, before bonuses.
