Professional services firm Deloitte seeks a senior consultant for its human resources transformation practice.
The consultant will be responsible for performing project tasks, contributing to new business proposals and proposal development, anticipating clients needs and formulating solutions to client issues, coaching junior staff, reviewing deliverables for accuracy and quality, and seeking opportunities for professional growth.
Prospective candidates must posses a bachelor's degree in related field; at least three years of consulting or industry experience; at least six years of professional experience with a specialization in personnel actions, employee orientation, contact center or eOPF; strong communication, problem-solving and troubleshooting, and time management skills; proficiency in word processing, spreadsheet, presentation and Internet research tools; the ability to work independently with minimal supervision and guidance; and knowledge of HR leading practices, as well as HR laws and regulations.
Preferred qualifications include experience with federal consulting, outsourced HR functions, ServiceNow, a federal payroll provider, federal HR systems, and federal time and attendance systems.
