Spokespersons describe this opening as one designed to fuel growth and employee engagement. The HR partner will drive talent acquisition, professional development and workforce planning, including compensation, labor relations and organizational change.
Minimum qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in human resources or related area and at least five years of HR generalist experience, including employee/labor relations; an advanced degree is preferable.
Candidates will be expected to have a command of business and HR including management of talent and performance, workforce planning and labor relations, including contract negotiation. Additionally, applicants should bring basic knowledge of HRIS coupled with analytical abilities and a knack for working with data, plus familiarity with federal and state employment law.
Organizational, budgeting, planning and facilitation and training skills will also inform regular tasks for the HR partner. The successful applicant will provide guidance to personnel at multiple levels, both in small and large groups and individually, demonstrating outstanding communications and listening aptitude. Finally, he or she will liaison with supervisors across departments and cultivate strong partnerships within the organization.
