Accenture PLC, a global management consultancy and a Fortune 500 firm, seeks an experienced team player to serve as Oracle Cloud HCM HR/benefits manager in a full-time Chicago-based position with a schedule strong on travel.
Outstanding communications, problem-solving and management skills, along with a bachelor’s degree or the equivalent, are the minimum requirements, along with at least one full lifecycle implementation of Oracle HCM Cloud.
Candidates are expected to have five or more years of experience in ERP and at least two programs within EBS or PeopleSoft HCM (such as core HR, benefits, time and labor, payroll, compensation, TAM, performance management and recruiting).
The manager will identify and solve business problems; track senior management’s strategic path for short-term goals; consult with senior management internally or at a client’s venue for alternative solutions, and provide input for decision-making. Additionally, he or she will implement decisions and procedures independently with the knowledge that choices will impact daily operations; and lead medium- to large-sized teams, either internally or for clients.
