Northwestern Medicine in Chicago seeks a qualified individual to fill a senior Human Resources analyst/PeopleSoft benefits position: providing system support, overseeing documentation and communicating effectively on multiple levels.
As a team leader with exemplary communications skills, the analyst will provide problem solving, maintenance and other system tasks, devising and implementing improvements and specifications as appropriate while working with IT advisers and conveying updates to management and staff.
Strong analytic, diagnostic, interpersonal, and presentation skills should be complemented by at least seven years of experience in employee benefits; background as a business analyst; familiarity with benefits systems, and seven or more years of practical use of PeopleSoft HCM functions.
The ideal candidate will bring project leadership capabilities, ACA familiarity and the capacity to interpret and explain complex and sensitive material. He or she will be responsible for collecting functional requirements for system processing, screen and/or interface designs as well as creating and running test scripts and submitting queries and reports regarding data requests. A bachelor’s degree in business or information science is required.
