Rosemont, Illinois-based financial services holding company Wintrust seeks a human resources assistant.
The assistant will be responsible for onboarding new employees, assisting with terminations, fulfilling people related ad hoc requests, dealing with HR-related questions, ensuring compliance with laws and company policies, and providing support on HR-related topics such as staffing, employee relations and payroll.
Prospective candidates must possess a high school degree; at least one year HR experience; strong communication, interpersonal, time management, problem-solving skills; a high degree of confidentially; and the ability to travel between the Downtown and South regions.
Preferred qualifications include a bachelor's degree.
