The Rosen Group — specializing in commercial property development and management — seeks a senior-level Human Resources leader to act as a generalist and/or business partner for the company in its Newark, Delaware office.
The senior HR generalist/business partner will come prepared with a bachelor’s degree plus four years of background in HR and employee relations. A strong grasp of benefits and compensation is required; familiarity with ADP WorkforceNow software and PHR certification are highly desirable.
Previous experience should include working in a fast-paced work environment: ideally with a technology company as opposed to banking, financial or call-center backgrounds. (According to spokespersons, HR professionals from the latter milieus are not what the company is looking for at this time.)
The position offers a salary between $80,000 and $90,000 annually. Responsibilities lie primarily in the areas of employee relations and compensation; the successful candidate will also issue surveys, analyze data and design compensation programs. Additionally, the HR generalist/partner will oversee HRIS management and reporting, assist with benefits administration and perform occasional recruiting functions.
The Rosen Group is a privately held real estate development and management consortium specializing in shopping centers and office buildings with U.S. headquarters in New York City and offices in Delaware, Florida, North Carolina and Virginia. It oversees more than 100 properties in 15 states.
