The new HR partner will report to the vice president of talent management, provide the “face” of HR internally, and also serve as a mentor to colleagues aspiring for transition within the company. He or she will collaborate with up to several of the company’s divisions to ensure consistent efforts towards achieving the firm’s business objectives.
While a bachelor’s degree fulfills the minimum requirement, a master’s is highly desirable, along with at least three years of experience. A background in consulting is highly advantageous, as is previous experience working as a Human Resources business partner for other companies.
