Follett Corp., a Westchester, Illinois-based company that provides educational products to schools, colleges and public libraries, is looking for a full-time human resources service center representative.
The representative will be responsible for responding to HR services, technology and reporting support inquiries in an accurate and timely manner, identifying and resolving at-risk/in distress customer relationships, creating customer value, and ensuring compliance with applicable policies and procedures.
Prospective candidates must possess a bachelor's degree; up to three years experience in general HR, call center/service center or service environment; strong communication skills; familiarity with search engines; the ability to handle difficult customers; and broad HR knowledge.
Preferred qualifications include Excel experience and previous experience using e-mail to respond to customers.
