Medical treatment system provider Cynosure Inc. seeks a human resources executive for its Lisle, Illinois office to manage its general HR operations and strategy and assist the firm in attaining HR department goals and objectives.
The HR manager will handle employee relations, training and onboarding, compliance, compensation and policy work, suggesting new methodologies and policy updates as appropriate and supporting all HR processes.
Applicants are expected to have either a bachelor’s degree plus two to three years of experience in the field; or a master’s degree in HR management plus two years of experience. Outstanding communications and technical skills are a must, including superior written and verbal skills as well as fluency with Microsoft Office platforms, internet functions and web applications.
The ideal candidate will be prepared to create and deliver department reports, support HR-related tasks such as salary reviews, convey informational updates regularly, and oversee facility management. In addition, he or she will represent the HR department at staff meetings, job fairs and similar events.
Administrative responsibilities include maintaining the company’s organizational charts, employee directory, HR records and audits and general department information; conducting internal surveys, and direct HR staffers.
This full-time position pays $40,000 annually.
