Food services provider Aramark is looking to hire an assistant human resources manager to work at Soldier Field in Chicago.
The person in this full-time position will be responsible for managing and implementing various processes including employee recruitment and training, driving elements of the talent management strategy, finding non-profit groups who will volunteer at major events and football games, coaching on how to properly apply HR policies and procedures, resolving employee relations issues, and providing general HR functions support.
Prospective candidates must possess at least two years experience in a HR generalist role; strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, creative thinking and problem-solving skills; and the ability to work evenings and weekends if needed.
Preferred qualifications include a bachelor's degree, and experience in the food service, hotel or hospitality fields, dealing with unions, and recruitment.
