Bank of America Merrill Lynch seeks a full-time human resources manager in Chicago who will be responsible for on-boarding new executives, providing executive coaching, participating in talent planning initiatives, leading the end of the year compensation process, and creating and driving initiatives focused on organizational development, leadership development and employee satisfaction.
Prospective candidates must possess at least five years of HR generalist experience; technical HR expertise; strong relationship management and leadership skills; business acumen; and experience in client management around complex strategic HR issues, managing in a fast-paced and rapidly-changing environment, and working directly with a business leader on HR strategy.
Preferred qualifications include a bachelor's or master's degree in HR management or a related field, and experience within the financial services and/or investment banking industry.
