At its Chicago headquarters, PepsiCo seeks an associate analyst to fill a position within an “incredibly fun and collegial” workplace that strives to foster staffers’ professional development, supporting the company’s vice president of global talent acquisition.
Applicants should bring a bachelor’s degree; a two- to five-year background of administrative support work within a corporate environment; fluency in MS Office programs (Windows, Excel, Word and PowerPoint), and preferably a grasp of HR software. A track record of problem solving, planning and prioritizing is required as well as strong attention to detail.
The analyst will manage scheduling, travel and meeting plans; expense reports, purchase orders and reports for office equipment, vendors and contractors; new hire onboarding, and intern management. Team events, correspondence and recruitment activity tracking are also part of this job, as are licensing and branding details, facilities-related tasks and shipping management.
The successful candidate will handle HR information with confidentiality; additionally, he/she will possess the skills to evaluate projects across multiple departments and extrapolate insights from data.
