Applicants should possess an associate’s degree in human resources or business; three to five years of HR experience is desirable, as is one to three years of analytics experience.

The successful candidate will bring a proven track record of fluency in MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint programs. He or she will assist the chief human resources officer in managing systems, processes and data analytics essential to HR functioning in this full-time position.
