Global digital strategy firm PureRED | Ferrara of Atlanta recently named Shaun Francis its senior vice president of human resources and talent, commending his keen business sense and ability to inspire change within the organization.

With a background in Fortune 500 firms and private sector companies, Francis spent 17 years with General Electric. He served as executive vice president of human Resources for Next Era Energy/Florida Power & Light as well as executive positions with Integramed and CSM Bakery Solutions of Atlanta, where he spearheaded an overall values system.

In his new position, Francis will focus on maximizing the talent of the company’s retail, consumer marketing, and digital technology team members, ensuring value-driven performance.

Francis maintains strong community ties, previously and currently serving as board chair for local organizations focused on development of opportunities for at-risk youths and other individuals. He earned a bachelor’s degree in industrial and labor relations from Cornell University and lives in the Alpharetta section of Atlanta.
