Ulta Beauty is looking for a human resources generalist in Romeoville, Illinois.

Duties of the position include managing the recruitment process, conducting orientations for newly hire employees, processing paperwork for new hires, managing the placement of temporary employees, processing leave requests and return from leaves, assisting with employee relations issues, tracking performance reviews, conducting exit interviews, providing administrative HR support for benefits, and ensuring documentation complies with company and legal requirements.

Prospective candidates must possess a bachelor's degree in HR or business and two years HR generalist work experience, or an equivalent combination of education and work experience; proficiency in Microsoft Office; and strong communication, interpersonal, presentation and organizational skills.

Applicants should be able to function in a team environment and adjust their work schedule based on business needs. Preferred qualifications include proficiency in Spanish, previous experience with recruiting and applicant tracking systems, and PHR certification.
