Oil field services company Baker Hughes seeks a hiring and on-boarding process specialist in Houston.
Duties of the full-time position include building relationships with candidates and hiring managers, delivering hiring process outcomes, updating IT systems with real-time status of candidates, scheduling orientation for new employees, delivering induction and integration materials in a timely manner, creating orders for computers and associated equipment, improving customer satisfaction, and interpreting performance metrics.
Prospective applicants must possess a bachelor's degree or equivalent with at least two years of HR experience; strong communication and problem-solving skills; competency with Microsoft Office and IT systems such as SAP; and familiarity with hiring and on-boarding processes, SOPs related to hiring and on-boarding, compensation structure and salary ranges, and compliance requirements.
They also need to be able to work as a team player and authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
Preferred qualifications include a master's degree and PHR/SPHR certification.
