Based on rigorous benchmarking standards, Ultimate Software of Weston, Florida achieved an outstanding score in Workforce magazine’s latest listing of top international firms, ranking No. 19 on the publication’s 2017 Workforce 100 list following comprehensive evaluation.
This year, Workforce collaborated with Glassdoor Inc. to construct its methodology, resulting in scores more reflective of HR participation and employee feedback — as opposed to outstanding performance in one of seven core areas typically canvassed.
“We are honored to be recognized as a leader in the categories that define overall HR excellence,” Vivian Maza, who serves as Ultimate’s chief people officer, said. “Our commitment to putting people first guides our approach to every aspect of the employee experience, and we are gratified by the results.”
Ultimate Software specializes in cloud-based HR software and payroll systems to help companies improve their human capital management (HCM) and benefits programs.
“We are … proud that our employees’ show of support enabled Ultimate Software to qualify for the Workforce 100 with the highest ranking in our industry, alongside some of the world’s most prestigious companies,” Maza said.
Ultimate boasts over 3,700 clients, with Bloomin’ Brands, Culligan International, Feeding America, Major League Baseball, Red Roof Inn, Subway, Texas Roadhouse, and Yamaha Corp. of America among them.
