Minimum requirements include one to three years of work experience as an HR specialist; overall familiarity with the processes of recruitment, training, compensation and benefits, and labor relations; and knowledge of negotiation processes and personnel information systems. Applicants are also expected to have proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office applications.
Using Ecolab’s own business analytics systems, the successful candidate will combine transactional data with additional material to leverage the company’s operational foundation, using perspective gleaned from its supply chain management, in order to craft appropriate questions and frame information.
The specialist will be responsible for ensuring user friendliness when handling Big Data analysis, rendering data input intuitively. According to the company, the specialist’s biggest challenge involves feeding data into analytical models, which Ecolab states are designed to use data that exists in most business environments already.
