Ecolab, providing water, hygiene and energy technologies, has an opening in Las Vegas for an entry-level HR specialist to work with the firm’s executive team.
Applicants should have a degree, certification or training in the HR field as well as from one to five years of experience. Candidates should possess knowledge of personnel administration practices along with excellent skills in communications, interpersonal relations and public speaking; and aptitude in keyboarding and MS Office programs.
The successful candidate will work with leadership to convey HR standards and regulations; assist in hiring and termination processes; prepare weekly reporting on staff; and maintain all employee personnel, medical and training documents.
Additionally, he or she will see to benefit administration, employee performance and conduct; oversee FMLA/OFLA matters for workers’ compensation, and organize various yearly events.
