The coordinator can expect to greet guests, answer requests and offer assistance efficiently, courteously and professionally. He/she will deliver word-processing and other typing; email and data entry; filing, faxing and copying; processing mail and taking notes or dictation as needed.
Inventory, payroll and phone answering will be part of the coordinator’s daily routine along with coordinating special projects, seeing to office equipment upkeep, and other general office tasks. In addition, the coordinator will keep track of guest comments and feedback.
