Magellan Health Inc. seeks a senior HR technologist for shared services to support talent acquisition and management via its cloud-based Workday financial management software, with the position potentially executed remotely for the right candidate.
The full-time technologist will collaborate with HR colleagues in tending to Workday functions; establish and document protocols for improvements; recommend technical solutions, and implement best practices.
In addition, he/she will oversee Saba, the firm’s learning management system; strive to automate manual processes, and consult regarding talent acquisition, as well as manage group projects with a variety of stakeholders, all while nurturing partnerships within HR and with other departments.
Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree, at least five years of experience in technology, including project implementation, technology deployment and business process enhancement. Knowledge of Workday HCM, recruiting and talent — including reporting — is highly preferable.
The successful applicant will stay informed of industry improvements and solutions, supporting the evaluation and implementation of new platforms for the company.
Advanced Excel aptitude and both technical and analytic skills are indispensable, as are proven communications skills and the discretion to maintain confidentiality, multi-task and reprioritize, thinking quickly on one’s feet.
