Jones Lang LaSalle Inc. (JLL), an award-winning global investment management and real estate firm, requires a Human Resources coordinator to join its Shared Services team, supporting its 23,000 U.S. workers through all phases of hiring.
Qualified applicants will have a bachelor’s degree in HR or related field; at least two years of corporate HR generalist or client services position is desirable. The successful candidate will be able to blend critical thinking and analytic aptitude with outstanding communications and interpersonal skills to instinctively grasp employee (“client”) needs.
The coordinator will collaborate with the HR team, handle multiple platforms as well as award, bonus and assistance programs while remaining open to progress in the form of new programs and opportunities that emerge to improve the company. The Shared Services team coordinator will serve as the main resource for HR policy and procedure for all partners and employees at JLL.
