“A stellar team” awaits its newest hire — a payroll/HR associate for Ivy Woods Care Center in Cincinnati, which is now canvassing for qualified candidates with proficiency in payroll, time clock functioning, forms preparation and more.
The associate’s responsibilities will include assisting the facility’s administrator with the facility’s financial operations; performing accounts payable, payroll, patient fund management and human resources work; serving on committees as needed; and providing a variety of reports, including documents in compliance with government regulations.
In addition, the associate will help to maintain Ivy Woods’ accounting system, ensure adequate communication between staff and families of residents, and coordinate company benefits for employees as well as providing occasional staff education and coordinating hiring of new personnel.
Candidates should have excellent communications skills, specifically including conflict resolution, human resource management and financial management. The successful applicant must be capable of working discreetly with personnel and modeling positive behavior for all staff.
The ideal applicant will demonstrate a high degree of motivation and the ability to relate with individuals from all stations and levels of authority. Basic computer competency is required as well as the physical ability to sit, stand, walk and climb stairs regularly while touring the facility.
