Under Armour is looking for a human resources business partner in Portland, Oregon.
The business partner will be responsible for providing expertise on HR policies and practices, developing strategies to effectively recruit and screen candidates, establishing practices to align with corporate HR policy, ensuring the proper application of benefits and rewards programs, conducting exit interviews, dealing with employee performance issues, establishing wage and salary structure, coaching in all areas of human capital, promoting positive employee relations, and attending staff meetings.
He or she must also proactively seek knowledge of emerging trends, legal developments, technological advancements and benchmark comparisons to create the best HR practices.
