Dr Pepper Snapple Group seeks a human resources coordinator at its facility in Irving, Texas.
Duties of the position include ensuring open positions are correctly posted, coordinating communication on employee benefits, ensuring paychecks are properly distributed, responding to questions about HR policies and practices, assisting with employee relations issues, managing general HR business office activities, and ensuring HR files are in compliance with government regulations.
Prospective candidates must possess a high school diploma/GED and three years of prior HR experience or a four year college degree, and five years of experience with Microsoft Office. Preferred qualifications include HRIS database experience, prior experience with Kronos 6.2 and bilingual English/Spanish.
