Saint Francis Health System in Tulsa, Oklahoma is looking for a full-time nurse recruiter.

The recruiter will be responsible for drafting job advertisements, interviewing potential employees, extending job offers, processing internal transfer requests, ensuring new hires are processed in a timely manner, assisting on HR-related topics, attending career fairs, and submitting reports on recruitment and project activities.

Prospective candidates must possess a bachelor's degree in HR management or closely related field; at least three years of related work experience; strong communication, interpersonal, organizational and decision-making skills; skilled in Microsoft Office; strong knowledge of general HR practices; and working knowledge of HRIS systems and effective recruiting strategies.

Preferred qualifications include at least one year of recruiting for health care.
