Aperion Care Wilmington, a post-acute rehabilitation and long-term care facility in Wilmington, Illinois has an opening for a professional Human Resources coordinator to manage its HR Department.
Applicants should have an associate’s degree, two years of hands-on HR — preferably in the health care field — and one year of Human Resources experience at the minimum, according to the company’s application criteria; a bachelor’s degree is highly desirable.
The successful candidate will be able to simultaneously manage various sectors of the company’s personnel needs, including employee relations; training and orientations; safety standards, staff recruiting and payroll operations. He or she will be responsible for entering new hire data and coordinating insurance enrollment; assisting staff with any benefits questions; checking references, and conducting background checks.
