MedSpeed is seeking an HR Manager with employee relations, policy and prior management experience to support the quickly growing nationwide company from its Elmhurst, Illinois hub with a full-time position involving some travel.
Applicants must have a bachelor’s degree and at least two years of employee relations experience. Experience with industry software such as Kronos Workforce Ready, ADP or similar employee self-service system is preferred; the winning candidate will work closely with regional personnel.
Salary range for this position is $65,000 to $75,000; compensation also includes a 12.5 percent bonus. MedSpeed operates more than 80 U.S. offices with a dedicated team striving to make a positive impact on the industry. In addition to employee relations, the position requires previous policy implementation, performance management and HRIS experience.
The HR manager will consult with other managers to resolve labor and employee issues; recommend policy as appropriate; direct performance management to ensure compliance, and direct unemployment and worker’s compensation administration.
In addition, the manager will guide corrective action policy, oversee new hire orientation, and manage metrics reporting. Approximately 10 percent of the time will be spent traveling.
