Duties of the position include developing recruitment strategies, interviewing potential employees, offering guidance on HR processes, supporting administration company programs, generating and distributing reports, and participating in special projects.

Prospective candidate must possess a bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience; at least five years experience as a HR business partner; experience with recruitment and workforce planning; strong communication, leadership, organizational, negotiation and problem-solving skills; and knowledge of traditional HR tools.

Preferred qualifications include a degree in HR management, psychology, business or related field.
